• Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. No processing or shipping occurs on weekends or on Canadian holidays.
  
  
• All items are shipped from Vancouver, Canada using Canada Post, USPS, UPS, Canpar, ChitChats, and/or Asendia.
  
  
• Other carrier options such as Fedex and DHL are available upon request. 
  
  
• Some carriers may partner with a third party carrier in the delivery country in order to complete delivery.
  
  

• At Coeva Vintage, we prioritize sustainability by shipping items in recycled boxes and materials whenever possible. If you prefer a new box, please let us know in the notes at checkout.

• We strive to make our shipping policies clear to avoid any misunderstandings.

 Where We Ship:

• We ship worldwide with a few exceptions; including United Kingdom, Italy, and South Africa.  We temporarily disabled shipments to Australia due to recently announced service suspensions from USPS.
  
  
• As of December 13, 2024, we were forced to cease accepting orders from all 27 EU countries as well as the 3 EEA countries of Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein due to the introduction of a General Product Safety Regulation (GSPR). Fulfilling these requirements is not feasible for most small businesses including ours, making it impossible to continue serving EU customers. We are deeply saddened by this change and value your support.  

 
 Shipping Rates and Tracking:

• Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and size of your parcel.
  
  
• All orders ship with tracking for your convenience and safety. Please ensure you provide the correct complete postal address and a contact telephone number.
  
  
• Insurance signature confirmation is available upon buyer's request prior to purchase and will incur an additional cost. Please message for details, we're happy to discuss your needs.

Order Processing Times:

• Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and Canadian holidays unless otherwise noted.
  
  
• Carrier delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. 
  
  
• If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before completing a purchase to see if it's feasible.
  
  
• Please refer to our policies before ordering.
  
  
• Carrier networks are still experiencing delays in shipment processing, tracking and delivery. Carriers are processing and delivering record volumes while maintaining necessary COVID precautions. Expect continued delays with all shipments. 

Shipping and Returns:

• All sales are final and returns are not offered. If an order is returned to Coeva Vintage for any reason other than an error on our part, Coeva Vintage will contact the buyer immediately. The buyer is responsible for both the original shipping cost as well as any additional shipping cost required to resend the order.  
  
  
• If the buyer wishes to have the order reshipped, payment for the additional shipping cost must be received by Coeva Vintage within 5 business days of notification of the returned order. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the item and the original purchase price, with no refund offered. 
  
  
• Orders returned due to the buyer’s refusal to pay import taxes, customs fees, or associated costs will not be refunded or accepted as returns. The buyer is solely responsible for these charges.

• Be aware that all international orders may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, brokerage, or customs fees upon delivery. Coeva Vintage has no responsibility or information regarding customs clearance and/or fees, and cannot advise about or reimburse these for any reason.
  
  
• Please check with your country's customs officials to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making a purchase as customs laws state that the importer (i.e. you, the buyer!) is solely responsible for these fees.
  
  
• Your item may be held at customs for inspection. Coeva Vintage is not responsible for delays as a result of customs, and has no control over this.
  
  
• Coeva Vintage is obligated by law to declare the true value of your order therefore we won't falsify contents, declare an item as a “gift”, or declare the contents at a lower value. Please don't ask us to do so.  We appreciate your understanding.
