COVID19 Shipping Update
  • All items are shipped from Vancouver, Canada using Canada Post, USPS, UPS, and/or Asendia. These carriers may or may not partner with a carrier in a delivery country in order to complete delivery.

  • Other carrier options are available upon request:  e.g. Fedex and DHL 

  • Please ensure you provided the correct and complete postal address, and a contact telephone number.

  • Our partner carrier networks are still experiencing delays in shipment processing, tracking and delivery. Carriers are processing and delivering record volumes while maintaining the necessary COVID precautions. Expect continued delays with all shipments. 


  • We ship worldwide to most countries but there are a few exceptions; including but not limited to the United Kingdom (regrettably due to Brexit and associated import laws), Italy, and South Africa. 

  • We have temporarily disabled shipments to Australia due to recently announced service suspensions from USPS. 


  • Shipping is based on package weight and size.

  • All orders ship with tracking for your convenience and safety. Insurance or signature confirmation is available upon the buyers request and will incur additional cost(s)

  • Please message for details prior to purchase as we're happy to offer options based on your needs.


  • If your item is expensive or heavy, please message prior to purchase for an exact shipping quote.


Order Processing Times:

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and Canadian holidays unless otherwise noted.

  • Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. No shipping occurs on weekends or on  Canadian holidays.

  • Carrier delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. 

  • If you need an order by a specific date, please send an email to coevavintage {a.t.} gmail {d.o.t.c.o.m} before completing a purchase to see if it's feasible. Please refer to our policies before ordering. 


Approx. Delivery Times:

Canada: 3 - 10 business days
USA: 7 - 21 business days
International:  3 - 6 weeks


  • If an order is returned to Coeva Vintage for any reason other than an error on our part; the buyer is responsible for the original shipping cost plus any additional shipping cost in order to resend it. 

  • Upon receiving a returned order, Coeva Vintage will contact the buyer. Payment for the reshipping fees must be received within 5 business days of Coeva Vintage receiving the returned order. Failure to do so means the item and the original purchase price has been forfeit and no refund will be offered.
  • Coeva Vintage aims to be as sustainable as possible so items are shipped in recycled boxes and materials whenever possible. If you would like a new box, please specify in your notes at checkout.

  • Please be aware that all international orders may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, brokerage, or customs fees upon delivery.

  • Please check with your country's customs officials to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing as customs laws state the importer (i.e. you, the buyer!) is solely responsible for these fees.
  • Coeva Vintage has zero responsibility or information about customs clearance and fees and cannot advise about or reimburse these for any reason.

  • Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection. Coeva Vintage is not responsible for delays as a result of customs and has zero control over this.

  • Coeva Vintage is obligated by law to declare the true value of your order and will not falsify contents, mark your item as “gift” or mark it at a lower value under any exception. Thanks for your understanding. 


  • Any order returned to Coeva Vintage because the buyer refused to pay import taxes, customs fees or any associated costs related to pick up, will not be refunded or accepted as a return. The buyer is solely responsible for these fees.

  • If an order is returned for the aforementioned reason, upon receiving it Coeva Vintage will contact the buyer. Should the buyer wish to have the order reshipped, they are responsible for additional shipping costs.

  • Payment for the reshipping fees must be received within 5 days of Coeva Vintage receiving the refused order. Failure to do so means the item and the original purchase price is forfeit and no refund will be offered.
