Under the shipping section at checkout, please select 'Local Pickup - Vancouver (B.C)' You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready to be picked up from Vancouver city centre. Orders must be picked up within 7 days.

To ensure a safe and secure exchange for both parties, the following policies apply:

All items must be paid for in full prior to pick up.
No exceptions

ID and Credit Card Verification:
You (or your authorized pickup person) will be required to present valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for the purchase. This is to help protect against fraudulent transactions.

Authorized Pickup:
If someone else will be collecting the order on your behalf, please let us know in advance. We’ll need their full name and a copy of your ID (you may redact sensitive info). They’ll also need to bring ID at pickup.

Exact Match Required:
The name on the ID and credit card must match the name on the order unless prior arrangements have been made and approved by us.

No Exceptions:
For security reasons, we cannot release orders without ID and card verification. Orders not picked up within 7 calendar days will be canceled and refunded, minus a restocking fee of 20%.
