 - We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations or exchanges.

All our items are sold as-is.

- They have been worn and loved unless otherwise noted, it's not uncommon for garments to show some signs of wear. 

Item Details - As a small business owned by a vintage buyer of 20+ years who understands what it's like to buy vintage online; it's important to provide full accurate, detailed information and photographs for each piece so you can make an informed purchase and know exactly what you will receive.  

Online shopping can sometimes be challenging to know if an item will work for you. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need further information in advance of ordering, we are happy to provide additional images, measurements etc.

- Each item is carefully checked, rated, measured and described as accurately as possible - to thoroughly represent the condition of the item. Each piece is photographed in detail to make sure you have as accurate a description possible. Fit issues do not count as an issue unless the item was measured incorrectly. 

- Every effort has been made to display accurately the colors and images of items but note there are variances in cell phone or computer monitor's display of color. If image brightness has been adjusted it will be noted (e.g. to show an imperfection clearly)
Need an item by a specific date?

- If you need an item by a specific date, please message prior to purchasing to see if it's possible.  


- Coeva Vintage does not cancel orders for requests to have a parcel arrive by a specific date.

Returned Orders - Coeva Vintage does not offer returns. 

-  If an order is returned to Coeva Vintage for any reason other than an error in the item description on our part; the buyer is responsible for the original shipping cost plus any additional shipping cost in order to resend it.

Upon receiving a returned parcel Coeva Vintage will contact the buyer. Payment for the reshipping fees must be received within 5 calendar days of Coeva Vintage receiving the returned order. This also applies to orders returned due to the buyer refusing to pay customs fees etc.

- Failure to pay re-shipping costs within 5 
calendar days means the item and original purchase price is forfeit and no refund will be offered.


Exceptions: Case-by-case only. Coeva Vintage may be willing to offer store credit if there is something significantly not as described with an item. Please message within 24 hours of receiving your item if there is a problem with your order. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
