All items are first come, first serve. A fantastic but heartbreaking aspect of vintage clothing - it tends to be one of a kind. Once it's gone, it's gone.

If you love it, take it home before someone else does! .

Does Coeva Vintage sell fur?

Please note that Coeva Vintage does not support or condone the fur industry and offers limited and select vintage fur pieces. We choose to honor the life that was unfortunately taken, by using it for its intended purpose.

We acknowledge the conundrum of wearing vintage fur versus synthetic fibers that a majority of "cruelty-free" garments are made of. When given the option of available garments from slow fashion, or fast fashion, what's the most sustainable option?

(a) buying / using the 20-100 year old pelt of a finite number of animals thus fulfilling their intended purpose rather than it going to landfill.

or

(b) buying / using new pieces made of synthetic fibers and driving fast fashions popularity which perpetuate petroleum dependence; or natural fibers like cotton.

It takes an average of 10,000 litres of water to produce 1 kilogram of cotton fabric - that's 8,000 litres of water for just 1 new pair of cotton jeans.
