Online. Operating from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada on the unceded ancestral territories of the Coast Salish Peoples; including the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.

QWhen will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and Canadian holidays.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. No shipping occurs on weekends or Canadian holidays.

There are two ways to check the status of your order:

QDo you charge sales tax?
If you’re located in Canada, yes. Applicable sales taxes are automatically calculated at checkout.
Shopping Questions
QAre items cleaned?
Generally yes, items are washed, cleaned, steamed, or dry cleaned depending on the piece. Some items may not be cleaned due to age or materials. If any item has not been cleaned, it will be noted in the description. Wherever possible, the country of origin and all labels or age-defining details are described and/or photographed to give you as much information as possible.
QDo you offer holds?
We do not offer hold services at this time. If you’ve fallen in love with an item and need payment flexibility, please see our layaway option.

Yes, we do! Layaway is available on select pieces.

QThis item is sold out / not in my size! Will there be more?
Unfortunately, it’s unlikely. Vintage pieces are usually one of a kind and offered first come, first serve. If you love it, take it home before someone else does!
QDo you carry plus-size items?
We strive for inclusivity, and due to the nature of our inventory, sizing can range from XXS to XXXL. Every piece has been hand-selected based on an aesthetic we enjoy.
QI want the entire outfit!
Outfit photographs are created and shared with the intention of inspiring you to play with style. Accessories, shoes, belts, and props are not included unless specified in the listing.
QDo you buy vintage?
Yes! If you're selling something special, we selectively purchase authentic vintage and antique pieces from the 1800s to 2005. Full purchasing terms: learn more here.
