Price Policy

The following Price Policy applies to all purchases made through Coeva Vintage (referred to as “Coeva Vintage,” “we,” “us” or “our”).

Pricing & Currency

All prices are set in Canadian dollars (CAD). Our website offers a currency selector that allows you to view approximate prices in other currencies for convenience.

All transactions are processed in CAD, and the final amount charged in your local currency may vary depending on exchange rates and any fees applied by your payment provider.

Displayed prices exclude applicable sales taxes and shipping charges, which are calculated and added at checkout.

We take care to ensure that our product information and pricing are accurate. However, errors can occasionally occur. If an item has been incorrectly priced due to a technical, administrative or other error, we reserve the right to correct the error and decline or cancel the affected order before shipment. If payment has already been processed, the amount paid for the affected item will be refunded.

Except in the case of an error, the price confirmed at checkout is the price applicable to your purchase.


Price Adjustments

We offer a one-time price adjustment when an eligible item purchased at full price is subsequently reduced by Coeva Vintage within 7 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify:

  • The item must have been purchased directly from Coeva Vintage at full price.

  • The new lower price must be offered directly by Coeva Vintage.

  • The request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.

  • The adjustment applies only to the exact item originally purchased.

Items purchased on sale, using a discount code, or as part of a promotional offer are not eligible for further price adjustments.

Approved price adjustments will be refunded to the original payment method for the difference in the item's price, excluding taxes and shipping. Any applicable tax adjustment will also be refunded.


Price Matching

We do not offer price matching with other retailers, vintage sellers, resale platforms or marketplaces.

Vintage and pre-owned pieces are individually sourced and priced based on factors such as age, rarity, designer or maker, provenance, condition, materials, craftsmanship and market availability. As many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, pricing may differ considerably from similar items offered elsewhere.


Discount Codes & Promotions

Unless otherwise stated, only one discount code may be applied per order.

Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotional offers or existing merchandise discounts unless expressly permitted by the terms of the promotion.

Discount codes:

  • May be subject to product-specific exclusions, minimum purchase requirements or expiration dates.

  • Must be applied at checkout before completing your purchase.

  • Cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed.

  • Have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Additional conditions may apply to individual promotions and will be communicated at the time of the offer.


Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change product prices, promotional offers and discounts at any time without prior notice.

Price changes do not apply retroactively to completed purchases, except where an order qualifies for an adjustment under this policy.


Policy Updates

Coeva Vintage reserves the right to amend this Price Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on our website and will apply to orders placed after the updated policy takes effect. Our price policy may vary by country.
