Vintage 1970s Vibrant Turquoise Ultrasuede / Faux-Suede Belted Coat

A vivid turquoise-blue faux-suede coat dating from the 1970s, cut with oversized notched lapels and a matching tie belt.

Curved princess seams shape the front, continuing from the shoulders around the bust and down the length of the coat. Three fabric-covered buttons fasten the centre front, and inset pockets are incorporated into the lower seams. Light shoulder padding gives the silhouette definition without creating an exaggerated shoulder line.

The coat falls to approximately the knee and can be worn buttoned, belted or left open. It is fully lined in coordinating turquoise fabric.

Please note that the coat has no maker’s or composition label. The suede-effect fabric is believed to be synthetic; feels like but cannot be confirmed as Ultrasuede®. Super soft and makes a colorful addition to any wardrobe.

Color	Blue. Suede can be tricky to photograph - It's a vibrant blue color. The colour falls approximately between Pantone 2184 C and Pantone 2394 C, although its appearance will vary according to lighting and screen settings. (See images)
