Vintage 1980s Gunne Sax Black Glitter-Dot Tulle Party Dress
A subtle showstopper from Gunne Sax by Jessica McClintock, made in the USA circa the 1980s.
Black tulle scattered with tiny multicoloured glitter dots overlay the fitted bodice and full skirt, catching the light in delicate flashes of colour. The sleeveless bodice has narrow shoulder straps and a sweetheart neckline edged by pleated tulle.
The skirt falls from the defined natural waist into a full, knee-length silhouette. Ideal for a party, prom, or special event, a built-in crinoline creates volume and movement, while the generous sweep gives the dress a lovely shape. Fully lined and finished with a centre-back zipper, the dress also has belt loops should you wish to add a narrow belt to accentuate the waist.
